About Victoria

Hi, I’m Victoria.

I came from a small town in China to the heart of New York City. Over the past 10 years, my journey has been one of growth, transformation, and building my career step by step in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world.

After earning a cross-disciplinary master’s degree from Columbia University, I began my professional career as a financial data analyst. That background gave me a strong foundation in numbers, market research, and analytical thinking — skills that later became essential in my work as a commercial real estate advisor.

Today, I specialize in commercial real estate across New York and New Jersey, with a primary focus on retail spaces, restaurants, food & beverage concepts, street-level storefronts, and strategic site selection for growing brands.

My core markets include Manhattan, Long Island City, Queens, Brooklyn, Jersey City, and key commercial corridors across New Jersey. I work closely with business owners, operators, landlords, developers, and expanding brands to identify locations that are not only available — but truly aligned with their business model, customer base, and long-term growth strategy.

Over the years, my team and I have advised thousands of clients and completed over $100 million in transactions. I have consistently ranked as the No. 1 producer in my company for multiple consecutive years, a result built on market knowledge, discipline, negotiation experience, and long-term client trust.

My work covers a wide range of commercial projects, including retail leasing, restaurant site selection, investment property advisory, landlord representation, tenant representation, and expansion strategy for local, national, and international brands.

I have represented clients across key New York markets such as Hudson Yards, Grand Central, Times Square, FiDi, Tribeca, SoHo, Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Long Island City, Astoria, Williamsburg, and Jersey City. Many of these assignments involve complex decision-making around rent structure, build-out feasibility, zoning, foot traffic, customer demographics, utility capacity, kitchen infrastructure, and long-term operational potential.

What makes my practice different is that I do not see commercial real estate as just a transaction. To me, every space is tied to a business plan, a founder’s vision, a landlord’s asset strategy, and the future of a neighborhood.

I work especially closely with restaurant groups, coffee and tea brands, dessert concepts, retail operators, wellness businesses, and international brands entering or expanding in the U.S. market. For many clients, I serve not only as a broker, but also as a market translator, site strategy advisor, and long-term growth partner.

My approach is grounded in transparency, data, market intuition, and practical execution. I believe the right commercial space should support a business not only on opening day, but throughout its growth cycle.

Years ago, I came to New York with a dream. Today, I have built my career by helping businesses find their place in this city — from first-time entrepreneurs opening their first store to established operators expanding across multiple markets.

Commercial real estate is not just about square footage, rent, or location.

It is about people, brands, timing, strategy, and the ability to see what a space can become.

This journey has not always been easy, but it has been worth every step.

And I want to continue building upward — one deal, one client, and one commercial space at a time.
